Tuna and avocado salad

This avocado and tuna salad is ideal for a quick snack or lunch. It is prepared in a few minutes, it is gluten-free, easy and dietetic as well as healthy and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 15ml of lemon juice
  • 70g of drained natural tuna
  • A pinch of chopped coriander
  • 22g of finely chopped celery
  • 22g of chopped red onion
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation :

  1. Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and salt
  2. Add the tuna, coriander and other finely chopped ingredients
  3. Season with salt and serve.

Each portion : 169 kcal | 14g Fat | 27g Protein | 10g Carbs
