This avocado and tuna salad is ideal for a quick snack or lunch. It is prepared in a few minutes, it is gluten-free, easy and dietetic as well as healthy and delicious.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 medium avocado
- 15ml of lemon juice
- 70g of drained natural tuna
- A pinch of chopped coriander
- 22g of finely chopped celery
- 22g of chopped red onion
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of salt
Preparation :
- Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and salt
- Add the tuna, coriander and other finely chopped ingredients
- Season with salt and serve.
