This strawberry ice cream recipe is really super quick and light, it doesn't even need an ice cream maker. Super light vanilla ice cream is made in a few minutes, just put the banana and strawberries in the freezer the night before.
Ingredients for 4 scoops of ice cream:
- 200g of washed and cut strawberries
- 1 banana in pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sweet syrup (or honey)
Preparation :
- Then put the strawberries and banana in the freezer overnight
- Simply combine all ingredients in a blender (or you can put everything in a suitable bowl and use the stick blender). Serve immediately making balls with an ice cream spoon or store in the freezer.
