These jellies are perfect for those who follow a ketogenic diet or in any case low carb and sugar-free but above all delicious and easy to prepare!
Tango with yogurt and orange
Ingredients for 4 jellies
- 250g of Greek yogurt
- 40g of erythritol powder
- 25 drops of Simply Keto Mango Orange Water Plus
- 50ml of water
- the juice of an orange and the peel
- ice cream moulds
Preparation
1. Scratch the peel of the orange and squeeze out the juice.
2. Mix the juice with the zest and pour the liquid into the jelly mold
3. Sift the powdered erythritol and mix it with the yoghurt, water and Aqua Plus.
4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the molds and mix a little with a spoon.
5. Leave overnight in the freezer
Approximately 3.9g of carbohydrates per ice cream, kcal and carbohydrates depend more on the type of yogurt you choose. The juice of an orange has about 45 kcal (again it depends on the amount of juice etc)
