The Lo Dough base is not only perfect as a base for pizza or savory/sweet cakes but having so few calories (39kcal) it can be used in many different ways to create super light and delicious recipes like this "Fishcake" in a nutshell a big burger , try it is very good!
Salmon fish burger
Ingredients
- 1 base Lo Dough chopped
- 100g of cooked salmon (tinned, natural, well-drained salmon is also fine)
- 1 small egg
- 20g quark or similar cheese
- a handful of pickled gherkins
- 1 teaspoon of chopped capers
- cooking oil spray light
- salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients well in order to have a homogeneous mixture (do not blend them in my opinion it is better if it is not too fine and you can feel the distinct flavors)
2. Form a burger (in short, a round to flat shape so that it cooks evenly)
3. Spray a non-stick pan with spray oil and cook until it browns on both sides
4. Serve with a few slices of lemon, mayonnaise (if you like) and salad
