French toasts are delicious, you know breaded and fried bread? Here we say that the original version is not really light or dietetic but this one that I propose to you using the Lo Dough base is absolutely light and you can customize it as you like. Try it and let me know if you liked it!
Light French Toast with Lo Dough
Ingredients for one serving
- 1 Lo Dough base cut into 4 wedges
- 1 small beaten egg
- 20g of erythritol
- 20ml of partial milk skimmed (but you can also use with vegetable milk if you want)
- Butter aroma spray cooking oil
- Garnish as desired
Preparation
1. Put the beaten egg, sweetener and milk in a bowl and mix well with a fork. When everything is well combined add the Lo-Dough wedges and dip well.
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the Lo-Dough to absorb the liquid well.
3. Spray a non-stick crepe pan with spray oil and gently fry the wedges until golden brown.
4. Serve them however you like, I suggest berries and chocolate cream!
