This mixture allows you to obtain 32 vegan "eggs" by simply adding a little water. It is a balanced preparation especially for replacing eggs in recipes, especially in oven-baked ones. The package is very nice and contains everything needed to measure the amount of mixture to be added to the water. Instructions

Pour 50ml of water (2 large scoops) into the container, add 5g of vEGGs powder (1 small flat scoop), mix vigorously with a fork or whisk and leave for 3 minutes. Your vegan egg is ready
