Sukrin mini is a sweetener based on erythritol and stevia in mini tablet format, easy to carry with you to always have an alternative to sugar at hand with zero calories, zero carbohydrates and no impact on blood sugar. It is simply the mini-tab version of Sukrin, world leader in the field of sweeteners and the first in Europe to have formulated a blend of erythritol and stevia which combines their excellent properties.

Erythritol is one of the best known sweeteners in Europe right now and despite the latest news it remains one of the safest and with the undoubted advantage of having zero calories, zero carbohydrates and no impact on blood sugar but it has two disadvantages: a sweetening power lower than that of sugar and a mentholated aftertaste that some feel more than others.
Stevia is totally natural, at the moment there are no known side effects of its use and it has a very high sweetening power but an aftertaste of licorice that not everyone likes and which can alter the flavor of what you add it to.
The idea behind Sukrin is therefore to exploit the very high sweetening power of stevia in order to use less erythritol and thus obtain a sweetener with less aftertaste and which sweetens in a similar way to sugar.
