These biscuits with a part covered in chocolate with no added sugar are really good, a bit like all Damhert biscuits. These are what in Italy we commonly call "Esse" in a version obviously without sugar and with a reduced intake of carbohydrates. The sweetener used is matlitol, therefore the assimilable carbohydrates are around 50%, however with a flavor that is very similar to that of the corresponding "normal" product.
