Slim Bread mix for light bread - Clean Foods

Slim Bread by Clean Foods is a mixture for preparing ultra-light bread in a very simple way, certainly one of the best sellers of this Dutch brand specializing in diet foods. The secret of Clean Foods products lies in the addition of glucomannan (konjac fiber) which gives consistency without adding practically calories. Despite the very few calories per portion, it is therefore also a satiating bread (perhaps it is better to say a substitute for bread) with a not unpleasant taste, better if you add some spices or aromatic herbs to the dough.

Ingredients

Wholemeal buckwheat flour, polydextrose, egg white, pea protein, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural thickeners: konjac glucomannan, guar gum, xanthan gum, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, salt.

Allergens: eggs. May contain traces of soy and nuts

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and in the meantime mix 50ml of water with the SlimBread mixture.

Put the mixture into a CleanFoods loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes.
