Samurai ZERO Sauce - Rabeko

Rabeko's Samurai sauce provides only 4.2 kcal per portion, is gluten-free and lactose-free and almost fat-free. It is a creamy sauce with a decidedly spicy note given by mustard and chilli pepper, however softened by the presence of egg yolk. Thought to accompany red meat, it's actually also good with hamburgers and eggs (but then it depends on your tastes, you have to experiment). It is a sauce with a reduced intake of calories but which contains real ingredients therefore light but less chemical/fake than other similar sauces.

Ingredients

Water, modified corn starch, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, spices), salt, chilli pepper, flavouring, vinegar, acidifier: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, EGG YOLK, preservative: potassium sorbate, garlic, coloring: titanium dioxide, vegetable oil, sweetener: sucralose.

Allergens: mustard, eggs.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
