Ingredients

“Ri.Ma” base mix (wheat gluten, wheat fibre, bamboo fibre, oat fibre, inulin, rice protein, psyllium seed husk), water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), wheat, salt, brewer's yeast, bread preparation (wheat flour, powdered vinegar), preservative: potassium sorbate. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.

Allergens: wheat, oats. May contain soy and mustard

Pre-cooked baked product to be consumed after cooking.

Instructions

Remove the Schiacciatina from the package and cook it:

5 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°/220°
