Light Style Mayo Sauce - Callowfit

Mayo Style is Callowfit's super light version of mayonnaise. The premise is that in my opinion mayonnaise sauce is one of the least easy sauces to reproduce in a zero or almost zero calorie version. Let's say this one from Callowfit is a distant relative of mayonnaise, considering the few calories and the fact that it actually contains completely different ingredients, the taste isn't even that bad. I would call it more of a Caesar Salad type dressing.
