Ingredients
Defatted Sesame Flour, Sweetener: Erythritol, Fiber (from Resistant Corn Starch, Chicory Root, Psyllium), Starch (Corn, Potato), Pea Protein, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Phosphate), Salt, Diglyceride Emulsifier ), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.
Allergens: sesame. May contain traces of other nuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
- Mix 4 large eggs, 200ml water and 100ml oil in a bowl.
- Add the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Add flavoring (if you like) then pour into a greased and lined with parchment paper 24cm round cake pan or divide the mixture into 12 cupcake liners lined with their cupcake liners.
Cooking time
Cake: about 30 minutes.
Cupcakes: about 20 minutes.
