Low carb pizza mix - Linea 6

This low-carb pizza mix has very few carbohydrates and allows you to obtain a good base for pizza or bread suitable for those who follow a low-carb but also ketogenic diet. Among the ingredients you will find sucrose (sugar) but it only serves to activate the brewer's yeast which in practice "eats" the sugar itself during leavening, just look at the nutritional values on the label to understand that there is no trace of sucrose in the finished product you will get.
