Prepared for low carb gluten-free bread "Il mare" - Adam's Brot

This gluten-free low-carb bread mix "Il mare" by Adam's Brot is very easy to use, just add water. The name "Il mare" derives from the fact that it is flavored with Provençal herbs. It does not require leavening and has only 1.3g of carbohydrates per 100g of ready-to-eat bread. The ingredients, as in all the preparations of this German brand, are of high quality and the blends are periodically updated and improved.

Ingredients

Golden flaxseed flour*, coconut flour*, egg white powder, almond flour*, flaxseed gold, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), pink salt crystalline, aromatic herbs. (* partially deoiled)

Allergens: eggs, almonds and may contain traces of sesame and peanuts.

Instructions

1) Simply mix the preparation with 380ml of water. Knead well and then place the dough in a well-greased bread mold (preferably silicone).
2) Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes at 180°

Once cooked and left to cool, the bread should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
