Feeling Ok's Optimize Pens (now Fiber+) are low in carbohydrates instead of great in protein and fiber. It is pasta quite similar to the "real" one but much more satiating thanks to its composition, 50g is the recommended dose. The Optimize line (now called Fiber +) by Feeling Ok is characterized by a high content of fiber and protein and a low glycemic index, therefore suitable both for those who follow a diet with reduced carbohydrate content and for diabetics and in general for who must keep an eye on blood sugar and avoid spikes.
