Fratelli Mantova's Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray is flavored with the natural aroma of rosemary. This particular Sprayleggero oil combines the quality and healthy properties of Italian extra virgin olive oil with the technology patented by the Mantova Brothers whereby a single spray of oil provides only about 15 kcal and allows you to season an entire dish.
How to use it?
Rosemary flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil is good added at the end of cooking to flavor soups, dishes and vegetables and perfect for marinating meat before cooking it.
Why is it special?
Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle patented by Fratelli Mantova allows you to reduce consumption by about 90% (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and to protect the contents by air and light for a long time. Each second of spray dispenses 1.8 ml/1.7 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season any dish.
