Organic extra virgin olive oil - Sprayleggero

The innovative idea that the Mantova Brothers had was to transform excellent Italian extra virgin olive oils into spray oil. A perfect encounter between the Italian tradition (extra virgin oil) and the innovative spray format that allows you to better dose the amount of oil for dressing. This oil in particular, in addition to being Extra Virgin and Italian, is obtained from the cold extraction of olives from Italian organic farming. It is an oil with an unmistakable, balanced and harmonious taste.

The innumerable benefits of extra virgin olive oil are now known. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (particularly oleic acid) and vitamin E (a powerful antioxidant).

The convenient spray format allows you to better dose the amount of oil we use to season food and therefore keep caloric intake under control. A spoonful of oil has about 90 Kcal while a spray of Sprayleggero organic extra virgin olive oil provides only 15. Not a small saving if we think of how many dishes we season in a day or a week. Moreover, being a spray, the oil manages to distribute itself better and more uniformly on the dish and therefore less is needed.

Thanks to the special " bag on valve " technology used by Sprayleggero, a 250 ml bottle is equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil.

Every second of spray delivers 1.8ml/1.7g (15Kcal) of product sufficient to season any dish.
