Gluten and sugar free shortcrust pastry mix

The gluten-free shortcrust pastry, which is also healthier because it has no added sugar, allows you to bake biscuits and tarts for you and your family as if you were a test pastry chef, even if you are not. Instructions

Required ingredients

• 1 pack of mixes
• 120 g of soft but cold butter or vegetable margarine or coconut oil
• 1 egg or 60-70g of sugar-free applesauce (for the vegan version)

Procedure:

1. Mix the contents of the bag with the soft butter in a bowl for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes crumbly.

2. Add the egg and mix well. It is best to use your hands directly until the dough has a nice consistency.

3. Roll out the finished dough to the desired thickness and use cookie cutters to create shapes

4. Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C (ventilated) or 165°C (top/bottom heat) until golden brown.

5. Decorate the biscuits with imagination once they have cooled
