Maca is a plant also known as Andean ginseng which has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its innumerable properties. Even if EFSA has not approved claims in this sense, there are many studies that highlight the positive effects of maca on physical performance, fatigue and memory. It seems to be a very popular remedy also to increase male fertility.

The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water.

Ingredients

Maca ES 62.8% (Lepidium meyenii - root – maltodextrin), Bulking agent (Calcium Phosphate), capsule shell [Gelatine, Glazing agent (Shellac), Colors (Iron Oxides and Hydroxides) Acidity regulators (Ammonium Hydroxide and Potassium Hydroxide ), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts with fatty acids and silicon dioxide).

Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, shellfish, sulfur dioxide and tree nuts.
