Dukanella cream with hazelnuts and cocoa without added sugar - Dukan

Dukanella is the hazelnut and cocoa cream from the Dukan line. It doesn't contain added sugars, it has a reduced carbohydrate content and a fair amount of fiber but above all it's super delicious. Both the taste and the texture are excellent, thanks to the use of maltitol as a sweetener (with no aftertaste). Compared to most creams of this type, it has fewer calories (only 404kcal per 100g) and this makes it suitable to be consumed (in moderation) by those on a slimming diet regardless of the type of diet.

The Dukan diet is a well-known high-protein diet which favors proteins and complex carbohydrates such as oat bran which has the dual advantage of having a low glycemic index (it does not create glycemic peaks) and a high satiating power. You don't have to follow the Dukan diet anyway (I don't) to appreciate some of the Duakn products that have really great nutritional values ​​and go perfectly with a low carb/sugar free regimen.
