These apricot biscuits are from the Feeling Ok Start line, they have few carbohydrates and an excellent amount of protein and fiber. The whole package provides less than 200kcal and only 4g of Carbs but a whopping 15g of protein and 9g of Fibre. In my opinion they are perfect for breakfast.
