This organic hazelnut and cocoa cream contains 35% hazelnuts, no ingredients of animal origin (it's vegan) and no refined sugar. It is in fact a cream sweetened with organic coconut sugar, one of the best natural and unrefined alternatives to "regular" sugar. Coconut sugar is obtained from coconut sap and has a good fiber content such that its glycemic index is lower than that of common sugar. All the ingredients of this delicious cream are carefully selected starting from the highest quality hazelnuts. A cream suitable for those who follow a vegan diet but also for children.
