Light Instant Toffee Pudding - Jell-O

This sugar-free butterscotch pudding from Jell-O is low in calories, tastes great, and makes in five minutes. Good to be enjoyed alone as a spoon dessert but also to be used to fill cakes or integrate into other preparations.

Ingredients

Modified corn starch, maltodextrin, thickener (sodium pyrophosphate and sodium hydrogen phosphate). Contains less than 2%: synthetic flavors, salt, calcium sulfate, xanthan gum, mono- and fatty acid diglycerides, aspartame * and acesulfam potassium (sweeteners), tetra-potassium pyrophosphate, dipotassium phosphate, colors E102 and E110, synthetic colors , preservative E320 . * Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Instructions

Pour 500ml of cold skimmed milk into a bowl and add the contents of a sachet of preparation.

Mix with whisk or mixer for 2 minutes. The pudding will be thickened in about 5 minutes. Each sachet is equivalent to 4 portions. If you have leftover portions, keep them in the refrigerator.

Note: Pudding does not come with soy milk.
