Organic 70% dark chocolate sablés biscuits - Néo Gourmets

These 70% dark chocolate biscuits are really delicious, to be tasted if you love chocolate. These are sables biscuits so to speak since they do not contain butter (they are vegan). Instead, they are made with very few ingredients, all organic, and it is enough to read that the second ingredient is 70% dark chocolate to understand how "chocolaty" they can be. Also in this case the sugar has been replaced by dates, they do not contain any sweeteners or polyols.

This protein-rich nut butter is produced by Krukam, one of my most famous companies in Poland for the artisanal production and processing of nuts (and not only). Super attentive to health, they use excellent raw materials and nothing chemical.
