Sugar free and keto friendly single portion ice cream cakes
Ingredients for 5 single portions
50g of almond flour
40g of soft butter
15g of erythritol powder
5g of bitter cocoa
For the ice cream
100g of Simply Keto Chocolate Ice Cream Mix
230g whipping cream
110ml of almond milk
Gasket
Fresh berries
20g of dark chocolate without sugar
Preparation
Work the ingredients for the base until you have a homogeneous dough, then roll them out and place them on the bottom of 5 round tartlet molds with ring closures
Cover with the ice cream mix that you will have obtained by following the instructions
Place in the freezer until firm, open the rings and decorate with berries and melted chocolate
