You don't need to be a wizard in the kitchen to make this delicious Christmas dessert but (in my opinion) always delicious, especially if you love chocolate. Crunchy chocolate nougat without sugar
INGREDIENTS:
-100g of sugar-free milk chocolate RED
-100g of dark chocolate without sugar RED
-100g of Corn Crunchers TWEEK
-30g of TOMATIS "Extra Sophisticated" Hazelnut And Cocoa Cream Without Sugar
METHOD:
1) Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven, add the hazelnut cream too.
2) Arrange the Corn Crunchers inside the mold or inside the individual moulds. Pour in the melted chocolate to cover the balls well.
3) Add the remaining Corn Crunchers to the surface of the nougat as decoration.
4) Leave to cool at room temperature then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the nougat has compacted well.
5) Take the dessert out of the fridge and serve it cut into slices.
