Vegan Kiwi and Strawberry smoothie

A smoothie rich in vitamin C and vitamin D, good and also vegan and gluten-free. Ready in a few minutes, this smoothie will allow you to recharge your batteries in case of tiredness and changes of season.

Ingredients for 1 smoothie

  • 2 small peeled kiwis
  • 100g of strawberries washed, dried, cut in half and placed in the freezer the night before
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 banana
  • 125ml of unsweetened vegetable milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
  • A few ice cubes (if you prefer)
  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener (according to taste)

Preparation:

  1. Remember to wash, clean, cut in half and place the strawberries in the freezer in a special bag the night before.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender (if you use ice, make sure your blender is suitable before breaking it) and blend until it becomes a nice homogeneous and creamy mixture.
  3. Pour into a large enough glass and taste to adjust the sweetness with the sweetener.
