Chocolate mousse in 5 minutes, without sugar

This delicious dessert is prepared in less than five minutes, super delicious and healthy especially for those who follow a low carb diet. Easy to make, just a few ingredients are needed and you will have a creamy dessert that you can customize perhaps with fresh fruit or sugar-free syrup.

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 90g of spreadable cheese
  • 120 of liquid cream to whip
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 50g of powdered sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Procedure :

1) With an electric mixer start whipping the spreadable cheese. When it has become soft enough to combine slowly, lowering the speed, cream and vanilla extract. Then add the sweetener, cocoa, and salt.

2) When all the ingredients are well incorporated, turn up to maximum speed and whip until you have a soft and frothy mousse. Serve or refrigerate.
