Easy recipe to prepare a light and lactose-free dessert (replacing the honey with a sweetening syrup also without sugar) delicious and refreshing. Just a few ingredients and the berries frozen yogurt is ready (even if it then has to stay in the freezer for a few hours to compact well).
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500g of frozen berries
- 3 spoons of honey
- 250g of soy yogurt
- Coconut flavor
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of water
Preparation :
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous cream
- Put in the freezer in a suitable and closed container (or cover with transparent film) Leave in the fridge at least 5 hours before serving.
