Frozen yogurt with berries, light recipe

Easy recipe to prepare a light and lactose-free dessert (replacing the honey with a sweetening syrup also without sugar) delicious and refreshing. Just a few ingredients and the berries frozen yogurt is ready (even if it then has to stay in the freezer for a few hours to compact well).

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g of frozen berries
  • 3 spoons of honey
  • 250g of soy yogurt
  • Coconut flavor
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of water

Preparation :

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous cream
  2. Put in the freezer in a suitable and closed container (or cover with transparent film) Leave in the fridge at least 5 hours before serving.

Each portion :

116 calories | 15g Fat (0 Saturated) | 23.5g Carbohydrates (17.8 sugars and 3.4 fiber) | 2.5g Protein
