Gluten free cocoa cake mix with reduced carbs - Adam's Brot

This low-carb cake mix from Adam's Brot can be simply mixed with water to obtain a very light cocoa cake with only 1.6g of carbohydrates or customized and enriched with a little butter and other ingredients according to your tastes to churn out more delicious versions of ketogenic cake but still with few carbohydrates.

Instructions

Basic recipe: mix the preparation with 250ml of water. Put the dough in a cake mold and cook in a preheated fan oven at 170° for about 25 minutes.

To prepare a more delicious cake or muffins, add 100g of butter or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 50g of nuts and a teaspoon of cocoa to the dough.

With the contents of the package you get about 340g of cake or muffin
