The Apple Bolero Stick transforms half a liter (and more) of still water into a peach drink with very few calories and almost zero carbohydrates. In addition to flavoring and sweetening drinks, they can also be used in desserts and to prepare cocktails, they are very concentrated so very little is needed. Boleros are truly a great resource for those on a diet but also for all those who don't like drinking still water and don't even want to take in all the sugars of normal drinks on the market.

A 3g sachet (there are 12 in this package) is enough to flavor about 500ml of water.
